Clearing out the roof toilet vent on my mother in law's house. Then, because that has caused the toilet to leak and ruin the sub-floor bracing the toilet from underneath until I can come back here (on an inspection tour of the Eastern OP -- AKA Schenectady) with the proper tool and replace it and the floor in the bathroom

I have relatives in the northeast and just got an email that a doctor's appointment was cancelled for tomorrow because of the weather. They plan to use the new found free time to go for a ride and see how bad the roads are.
