Great article in this month's Nat Geo spotlighting Cincinnati. Lots of friends and neighbors quotes (including cover photo).

Read it and plan your visit now. The author is from New Orleans, but originally from Grosse Pointe. He hung out with a bunch of us last summer while researching the story.

Next year, let me know when you do this. Another sophisticated beer palate cat't hurt, right? Oh, and Bockfest is on the calendar

See you at the Bockfest Parade Friday at 5. In front of Arnold's as usual, but this year the route goes up Sycamore to 12th due to streetcar construction.

I've been remiss in my Cincy thread....

Some great Spring photographs of all the new stuff happening in the Cincinnati core. All within walking distance of my place (other than those random I71/75 shots in the middle of it), some pretty much in my back yard.

The photog just wanted everyone to see the POS construction I have to drive through everyday on my way to work. Also, the pictures looking up Vine where the new GE building is going show the building I work in (The white building with the Greek columns near that top that says PNC on it)

Great write up here, just the first portion for OTR, which is my walkable neighborhood.
