Please tell me they're not going to build another vacant condo development on the site if they do knock four more down. I think two or three units at the one on Lakepointe between Jefferson and St. Paul still haven't been purchased.

The five (well, now four) abandoned houses aren't next to each other.

I'm more worried about them building bigfoot houses like they tried to do in Royal Oak.

All things considered, I'd rather have an empty lot than an abandoned house next to me.

To me, with a little loving care, that could be a lovely home.

One picture shows the gas meter removed....

They need to get a hose on that dust pile.....

Looks like a good house. The tub in any condition fetchs $100 on craigslist. Up to $500 if it is a bit of fancier/longer design. Same for that vintage sink.

Maybe some "Detroiters" tried to buy it.....

Good catch on the gas meter, but you missed the water hose.

I don't think condos do well around those parts. They abandoned plans for the senior housing on St Clair at Kerchival, the corner of Jefferson and Maryland has been cleared and they're not doing so much as growing beans on it, and the townhomes on whatever street it is between Maryland and Beaconsfield look like a tough sell. I'm not seeing more condos.

Ketchup goes well with new ass burgers, but Gannon has classic, old school, ass burgers.
