Is that a fat wrist and a mu-mu in the background at left? I think his/her diet might explain things.

More in that vein...

-do the chefs have an ethical aversion to steel wool or scouring pads? Clean than damn stove top!
-are we to assume that the health-nut of the bunch is going with the grilled cheese in #4?
-what's with the green dot on the cutting board? A sign that the surface has been scanned for trichinosis?
