I didn't have the camera with me this morning...but some fine folks were nice enough to smash through the glass door at the soon to be Angelina's Bistro on the corner of Broadway and Witherell. The construction dudes said that they pretty much unloaded the place of anything that wasn't nailed down. Have fun doing business in Detroit!

This morning it appears that RAGS on Broadway got the Angelina's treatment. I still don't understand why that guy from Mezzanine opened his business on the second floor. Pussy.

I remember when the Superbowl was here the temporary store in the 1001 parking gargae was broken into 5 days in a row. Yes. He wasn't very good at it.

I saw him wash the windows of Bookies Bar a handful of times, but that was it.

Talking to the staff at DBC and Small Plates, they were all highly suspect of him and several times called the po-po after they directly observed him break into cars...but the police could never seem to find enough evidence on him to tie him to the breakins. Apparently having six witnesses and no physical evidence is not enough for an arrest.

Mr. Parrish identified him as a B&E perp twice. He got popped for one of them for about 3 months...3 months in which B&Es on Broadway dropped significantly.
