Usually, all of the windows are removed before a glorious rehabilitation to yesteryear.
Clearly if I had the needs and funding I would surely invest here and become the change Detroit needs.

They're using green restoration techniques. All the rain will just flush the asbestos and PCBs directly into the river. The money saved will be used to promote the first big show!

Prep for demo??? If so, any plans for what will be going up in its place?
Where the hell am I going? And what the hell am I doing in this handbasket?

No no. Prep for the facade matching funds grant. I am guessing that Subway is going to expand into the building and the top two floors will be a $1M penthouse condo.

Demo or did it just kind of fall over?
Hmmmm....maybe I should be a large map of metro Detroit for on my wall, so I better know the relationship of my city and the suburbs. - Supersport

We should set up a betting pool to see who can guess when it's gonna crumble. I think it's just a matter of time.

Is The Color Purple playing there? I think I read that in the Metro Times.

Most likely not demo but removing imminent hazards.

My guess: The facade will stand there for a year or two and get knocked over by a really strong storm. Lets hope if falls towards the alley and not on the street killing somebody.
