Please tell me that is a fake tank and they did not just rip the fuck out of the new asphalt laid in Washington Blvd.

It looked pretty real to me...not cardboard, anyway.

It's probably a real tank with a soft track system installed. Instead of the steel track they use a rubber track so the tank moves but does not damage the ground.
I wouldn't want no scum from Delray living here in Lincoln Park. No thanks. keep 'em in the ghetto where they belong. when the low clas start moving in, the property values start dropping and then you're in deep crap.-Chuck Adkins

Your butt has probably put deeper indentations into bar stools. (I know, those who live in glass houses).

My tank ID skills are not so good from above (I'm a former groundpounder)...but is that an M1 Abrams? Looks like it from the turret size
Where the hell am I going? And what the hell am I doing in this handbasket?

Yes sir. Easier to ID from the front . The problem is that a lot of these new western main battle tanks look similar from behind, but that is an Abrams. Is she equipped with the TUSK for Detroit warfare?

this older guy in my neighborhood likes to stop and talk about Detroit when he catches me working in the yard or driveway. he likes to remember the good old days, and one of the fonder memories is of washinton boulevard when it was home to luxury shopping. 20 times he's told me about having to chauffer honchos from out of town, and the one guy who liked to be dropped off at one end so that he could walk the strip and window shop. and today there's a tank from a movie set rolling along after an effect/explosion outside a store that's probably been closed since before the youngest fudgers were born. how far things have come, eh?

agree re: m-1 abrahms. the squared turret brings to mind the old british cchieftan, but the lines and hatch placements say "abrahms" to me.

Anybody going to clean that glass?

Is anyone going to clean the glass covering the sidewalk on Clifford between Griswold and Woodward? It is all over the sidewalk and worse than the Forrest Liqour parking lot on a good day! I would think the production would be responsible? The Synagogue is also charred on the one side of it. Just curious?

Paramour sounds hot. Like judging a woman from behind though, I've been wrong before.
By using the El Dorado Atmospheric and Oceanic temperatures thermal map. I caculated the contrary direction where the polar jet stream is going and it didn't look pretty.
